We found these black dots in HepG2 cells, C3A and fibroblast which are newly bought. Thanks for the reference info I did look at this paper but still I don't think it’s the same!
I am still working on trying to identify this organism but the results leading me to more confusion and unfortunately I try to raise awareness but I got no respond from whoever I contact!
What is the name of this host cell in which those black unknown dots are living inside?

They look like shizonts or mirazoites from plasmodium sp or some such. They breed this way on liver cells /hepatocytes
