I'm a student at Oxford and I'm not posh, I come from a poor family and a state school and I like grime. I hate how, when you're poor, everyone tells you to work hard and get to Uni, and then if you get to Oxford you're told you're a 'posh cunt'. yeh im sure thers some truth in that but that is a long time ago! with more class intermixing now and just general better availability of information and education, the link between being 'posh' and clever is probably less strong than ever. A lot of people will be insulted by the generalisation u state above (although some truth in it) - a lot of clever people are not posh. I go to oxford, many of the people are not posh.
