I would say a lot of problems with cops is the city, counties, states just wont pay for the on going training of the cops. I would guess is about $400.00 a month per cop or more. That is after you build a place to do the training. The other problems is this the head elected official is not watching what the cops are doing. That cost money to watch the cops.

As for State Accredited agencies: It's optional, the bigger cities you get near require college degrees, or past experience in the Fire-EMS field. Uhhh, I hope you're joking. That's why ALL National Accredited agencies require at least an Associates Degree, usually they require a bachelors. As for State Accredited agencies: It's optional, the bigger cities you get near require college degrees, or past experience in the Fire-EMS field. As for smaller agencies, they wont require a college degree if you're currently an EMT or Firefighter. FYI. It isn't listed on their websites; that way they get more applicants. More diversity.

I live near where this incident took place. This 16 year old boy was so badly injured he was'nt even in his right mind and was unable to move a finger.
