if you signed a contract that stated you would pay him X amount of money inc downpayment, and you failed to comply (due to the fact ur a major douche bag) then u have only urself to blame. he is so right to say what he said. he just taught you a very valuable lesson, u wanna play with the big boys, better learn the rules real quick!
