Oh hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got detailed Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
@darkolenko Not heard about it, but probably just like every 'amazing abs product'. It doesn't work that easily, it's always hard to get sixpack abs. Don't think it is something you can achieve in just 1 month of training, without proper nutrition or workout schedule.
@amjadken Then you should first lose weight. Chance your diet by eating healthier and less calories then you burn. Also get more active. Do some activity like walking or cycling 60 minutes every day of the week to get the best results. 5 x 30-60 minutes activity is minimum though.
this video and how these exercies could be benefic . lol .. .. Imfo, It was a 3 minutes really well invested! A big thank you dude, and i'm sure it works great, cuz you seems to schred, if we look at your abs! Since when you're working on.
The second move was genius: I work my lower abs AND stretch my piriformis at the same time! Thanks for taking the time to share this simple workout with us.
@freezingmoon21 If you are looking to get a sixpack you won't get one with only doing these abdominal exercises. These are only to shape your abs and make them stronger. A strong core is very important, since you can see the core as the center of your body. If you neglect that you won't get the best out of your life. You have to get a healthy diet (which you can ask me for by sending a personal message) and do much high intensity cardio and strenght training to burn of fat.
gonzomax1 has a video where he holds the leg lift for over 5 minutes and does 125 "board crunches" Love to see you challenge that for a youtube record!
I tested it out and 5 minutes leg lift hold is not that hard on the abs, more on the hip flexors though. I managed to do it and 125 board crunches won't be that hard either I think. I used to do non stop ab training for 40 minutes long where I did 1000 reps or more.
@jlvi13 True, but lower makes it difficult to see if legs touch ground, particularly if wearing loose shorts or pants legs. Or it can be done with legs extending out from an elevated bench as "kylepounds" did it for 5 minutes. Still 9 minutes is a real display of abs toughness that very few could match.
Aight, goed werk :). 3x per week right?
Zal er nog wel 50-100crunches per dag erbij doen ^^. Zal waarschijnlijk vanavond beginnen. Grz and keep it up!
@jlvi13 Hee, van een vriend hoorde ik dat crunches vooral zijn om vet te verbranden dat hoef ik niet echt, ze zijn voornamelijk toch ook voor buikspieren en anders welke wel ?
Good video. Wondering if it does not hurt aswell your back when you're in plank position and elbows on the ground ? I do not like plank much because it tends to hurt more my back than actually training the abs.
@helloiliketomoveit Yes, it also targets the lower back. Make sure you keep your body straight. It's a good overall core exercise. You might have to put some soft thing underneath your elbows. I used to do that as well.
Eat multiple times a day, i eat 12-13 times a day. But i eat a little each time, and healthy. Fruits, Veggies. Peanutbutter is awesome. Nuts, Pasta, Fish, White meat. Whole grain bread. EAT all that stuff multiple times a day and for desert get some 0% fat joghurt and keep doing these exercises he shows on the video and you will be in shape. This guy in the video is the best trainer you can have, he helped me, i lost my fat quickly following his routine and diet+training, you cant be lazy!

@jlvi13 Based on how incredible your abs looked during that other L sit video , I think you must have serious ab strength/endurance.

strong1235 1 year ago
@strong1235 What exercise did he hold for 9 minutes?
jlvi13 1 year ago
@jlvi13 What exercise did he hold for 9 minutes?>>
Holding the legs up 6-12 inches as long as possible! Requires real ab toughness and endurance after 3-4 minutes.

@strong1235 He held the legs up 6 inches for almost 9 minutes.

@strong1235 6 inches is quite high, the lower you keep your legs, the harder it will be.
