Die grinder and a soft grit pad. Kinda cheating, but gets it done fast. You're gonna be grinding or sanding the parts for paint prep anyway, so it doesn't really hurt. Keep at it!
good job buddy, keep up the interest. aircraft structures is a great field to get invovled in, i myself have been in aircraft structure repair for 21 years and it has served me well.

use a drill also to do this, hand tool fine to just not as fast. I have been deburring aerospace parts now for a year
