  • Evaluation showed my left was longer. I then did the si joint exercise, and evaluation again which showed my legs the same. Wow, and my pain was gone gone gone!!!!! Thanks Mike!!!!!

  • can you do these exercise while s j still hurts

  • my right leg is shorter and my lower back pain in on the right. am I strange? what do I do?

  • thank you so much i just found out why my lower back/but hurt so much! my right side is out rreally bad!

  • Interesting! I like your kitty cat :)

  • Thanks!!

  • thank you so much for this - really great and very helpful

  • My pelvis is so out of whack that my right leg (painful SI side) feels longer when I walk. I noticed this sensation after the SI pain began -- I knew my leg couldn't be longer all of a sudden. Thank you for helping me understand why and for the helpful exercises in video 2.

  • my si joint is out of place on my left side and what if i cant check it because it hurts to much to sit with my legs spread out fully on the ground and wont allow me to do it.What should i do?

  • It sounds like your pain is acute and active motion is painful. if i were you, i would have a trained professional perform this evaluation on you. A PT/other pro can move your legs around for you which should be less painful.

  • Great work. Good tip.

Another method to tell if the SI Joint is an issue is the lay back cross the calf of the painful side over the thigh og the good side...

Now, have someone push down steady, and gently yet firmly. WARNING this can cause severe pain. No long lasting, just acute for a few minutes. O,O

  • ok so my left leg is longer & the left side of my back hurts & has for a very long time. I like the cat, he seems so interested in everything you're doing. Thanks for the videos. They're very helpful.

  • Just a note - if you have an structural/ anatomical short leg, which can be a cause of SI problems, the legs may end up even when the test is done. This is my situation, and knowing that you have a short leg helps. I think that for years professionals didn't pick up that I had a short leg as my SI joint was displaced, and didn't pick up that I had SI joint displacement because I had a short leg. Until I found a clever oesteopath that worked it out.

  • This was genius. It confirms what I already knew - my left side hurts! But maybe I can teach my PT something:)
