    And what I like most of all is that you demonstrate exercises I've never ever seen before. It's inspiring!

  • All those exercises with the jumping component are killer. They always get my heart rate up way more than my usual strength training (i.e. weights.).  That combination of aerobic/anaerobic exercise is nauseatingly intense. I suppose that is what makes them effective...

    Thanks for the vids, Zuzana! They're always fun and inspiring.

  • @RealityCheck05 And transitions from low positions to the jump are especially demanding. Zuzanna is a great athlete, you need to be in great shape to complete the routine she did in this video. I especially like the first one she showed in this clip, it's the most thorough, intense exercise that involves many muscle groups and increases stamina.
