Basically, you can look up tutorials on YT of how to shadowbox and sprawl and that kinda stuff so you don't really need to shell out £40 on a game and a ton on the Kinect itself if you don't already have one. The game itself doesn't come with a nutrition plan, which makes it pretty redundant. If you really want a workout, just get Bas Rutten's Muay Thai/Boxing/MMA workout and just stop eating shite... costs less, does more

I think this game went down the same road that the Wii did with their games. Some of the Wii games will help you lose weight and feel a bit better, but ONLY if you put the time in. I"d say going to the gym and having an intense 30 minute workout is the equivalent to 2 hours of videogame exercises. The games are just not challenging enough, but don't be surprised if in the future video games are the new workout videos for ppl.
