This isn't on StepMania, it's the Mac version of In The Groove. It's harder to find nowadays since Roxor isn't selling it anymore, but some places online still sell it.

The computer inside an ITG dedicated cabinet's coding for it's system is completely different then Stepmania 3.95's. Stepmania 3.95 is all player-made stuff. That's why it's so similar, because people like ITG. Even the CD game itself for PC or PS2 or even MAC has coding almost identical to an arcade machine. With a couple timing errors and such, but still.

Smartass-ism alert: ITG uses stepmania.
Hence why it is so damned easy to hack.
Personally, I like my setup: homebrew pad, SM 3.95, ITG2 arcade rip, and all the itg1/2 songs and bg vids.

ITG works off a special build of the Stepmania engine, close to 3.95 as the official theme runs flawlessly.
