@James1toknow You might think so, but look at Egypt's revolution. It was relatively peaceful with around alone 384 deaths. Compared to other revolutions that is insanely peaceful. Look at the Bulldozer, Rose and Orange Revolutions. Whole governments fell into arguably better hands. Also if you start riots for your cause people are just going to you as a bunch of loonies and not listen to you.

@pem440 If you think of what you said 384 deaths! well I would say that it was LESS than peaceful, if one person was someone you loved or can't do without then you might have a difference of opinion, so I would say that revolutions cost lives at some level and this is what we need to be ashamed of. If the will of the people call for Independence then you can bet someone is going to pay the intimate price. We all wish for peace and freedom!

If you want a revolution, some blood well be spilled either the protesters or the government. The amount of blood should be kept very very low. Also you said nothing of my other points.

@pem440 I didn't attack you LOL I just kept to the main point, never the less relative peaceful is like an egg only cracked a little, it doesn't work. If the demonstrators are peaceful then the protest was peaceful, but if the military or the police kill people then you have a protest that cost lives. It's not as simple as you think it is, there are people out there that will do what ever it takes to squash your political protest and keep you in line with the regime, and the media blacked out.

@James1toknow Simple? my dear boy, life is never simple. Everything is interconnected to one another. Trust me I know about people squashing me. What you need to keep in mind is that you need to protest peacefully first. If that doesn't work then you must resort to violence, little violence, but violence non the less.

@pem440 I didn't say that violence worked! I said "Like Peaceful works"! your point is mute. If someone dies then the outcome was not peaceful! So I don't understand your point! The only reason the lose of life was so low is due to the mass amount of media and web traffic that was covered! If you haven’t figured out that the internet has given people power over their governments then you need to look back when it took months even years to figure out what was going on, and what was covered up!
