Lol at the joker who says "10 times better than Phil Silvers". Steve Martin is not fit to lick Phil's boots. This poor film was a commercial flop. Whereas the original Phil Silvers Bilko was getting as many as 8 million viewers for a late night slot on BBC1 in the 1990's. 40 years after it was first made. Phenomenal!
