  • Man thanks for th videos there is a lack of ring tutorials in you tube jaja

  • lol i do the 180 degree spin on accident but luckily i have double sided rings so YAY

  • I think the 180 degree turn would look awesome with double sided rings.

  • The 180 turns are great for color switches other than that they really aren't that great

  • Quite a few! thanks for asking!

  • I use those method of turning them 180 degrees the catch bottem is to fast and the catch top hurts.

  • my rev flats with rings are so ugly. I have been practicing it a lot lately because I would like to learn it with 5 rings pretty soon.

    This tutorial helped! thanks!

  • how do you actually release the rings? like arm/hand movement before and during the release... thanks otherwise

  • sweet i can't w8 till my rings get here i just ordered them and iv been watching all of your ring tutorials!!! good tutorial

  • ive allways wanted this move. unfortunately i got used to the laste one:( nice tutorial

  • Great instructional video. I now aim to un-learn my method and convert it to yours. My current method is front to back, and alot of times sideways with too many collisions! Its good to get ring guidance from you.

  • ...it doesn't give me any risk of cuts, which the method you use does. So I found what works for me, and suddenly I could do it :)

  • Great Richard, this tutorial was very good! Unfortunately for you, I could suddenly do flat fronts solid yesterday. As you said, it is an easy move but takes a lot of getting used to, and just all of a sudden my left hand agreed to do the throws behing the right ones rather than in front, so now the pattern works correctly. But thanks anyway :) I guess I can say you inspired me to learn it, at least! Oh and I find the second method where you catch at the top to be better, because...

  • gatto cant even do them properly!

  • I believe he learned it that way on purpose.

  • how come?

  • So it wouldn't be symmetrical.

  • Which I don't think looks ANYWHERE near as pretty...

  • Yeah, I don't know. Maybe I am wrong, it's just what I heard.

  • cool!

  • Thanks, I wanted to learn how to do this!
