Great Richard, this tutorial was very good! Unfortunately for you, I could suddenly do flat fronts solid yesterday. As you said, it is an easy move but takes a lot of getting used to, and just all of a sudden my left hand agreed to do the throws behing the right ones rather than in front, so now the pattern works correctly. But thanks anyway :) I guess I can say you inspired me to learn it, at least! Oh and I find the second method where you catch at the top to be better, because...

I use those method of turning them 180 degrees the catch bottem is to fast and the catch top hurts.

my rev flats with rings are so ugly. I have been practicing it a lot lately because I would like to learn it with 5 rings pretty soon.

...it doesn't give me any risk of cuts, which the method you use does. So I found what works for me, and suddenly I could do it :)
