I have really long hair and tried to make it longer but it turned out weird, lol. It kind of bulges out on the sides. I'm going to have to take it apart and try again. Any recommendations on extending the snood?
Thanks for this video. I've made 3 since yesterday, and with a bit of my own "flair" added I am really liking this! I am very thankful for your tutorial! God bless!
I made one and when I put it on, it looked strange like it was too poofy or something. I think it was too round. Is there a way to make it more oblong?
Love this snood. Really easy pattern, and it barely uses one ball of wool. I made one in the same type of yarn you´re using but in purple and it turned out lovely. I´m now attempting one in eyelash yarn! :D
Oh duh I get it lol sorry!! I thought you meant increase the number of chains .. As I started doing it you naturally see that of course you were talking about the number of loops!! So hopefully mine turns out ok. I wish I had that yarn you're using, so lovely. I'm just doing a plain black one that I might add beads of sew in some sparkle yarn. But I really want to make a spiffy one and do beading as I go! Little pearl like beads, but very tiny. You see them in period shows all the time. Thanks
Ok I'm finally. Asking the snood .. I just love saying snood .. SNOOD! Hehe.. Aaanyway I'm not getting the whole increase thing?? :( I'll keep trying but it looks so easy I don't know what I'm not getting??
I started making the holiday snood last night and finished the rest today, it turned out great and it was so easy. I have really long hair and I love it because it really holds all my hair under the Snood. Thanks for the lesson.
I love that you mentioned dreadlocks when referencing the size of the holes. I'm definitely going to make this for my nearly 6-month, crazy as all hell, loopy dreads. Thanks for sharing. :D
haha this look seasy thanks for showing me how, I'll try this tomorrow because it's really late now and I don't feel like dragging my yarn out and stuff
Omg!! I just finished learning crocodile stitch for the day .. I wish I'd seen this!! I will give this a go later in the week :) yay thanks looks great :)
I'm curious...When you get to the part about making an increase the video cuts and I'm a bit confused as to how to accomplish this. I'm a beginning crochet-er and while most of this is very simple this one point confuses me. Any help would be appreciated!
FINALLY!!! I have been search relentlessly for a video on how to make a snood because reading the pattern just confuses me. Thank you so much and you now have yet another subscriber.

Brilliant tutorial thanks, I haven't crocheted for about 18 years, and even then only ever made one bad hat and now I have a lovely snood well on the way to being finished, (red mohair) - hope I can do it before tomorrow's party!
This is just what I need to hide the fact that i am losing hair~~age/genetics related, I guess~~plus what I have left is pretty unruly! I guess I better make them in every color! Thanks for this neat idea!
I love your snood! Thanks so much for sharing! I think the young girls would really love these too! You could make it with cotton yarn and wear to the gym too! Merry Christmas!
Love the black and white beanie yr wearing at the end. I like the snood too but don't have enough hair to wear one!!! This would make a great pattern for an ecotote too, just keep increasing until it's large enough and add handles or a shoulder strap!! Tks Fayme your tutorials are great!!
Thank you very much. I stared rigth away :)
