There were no inhabitants in main land New Zealand and that is a scientific fact. There is a second group of indigenous New Zealanders called the Moriori who live in the Chathams far from the mainland who are also Polynesian. There was a massacre of them in the nineteenth century but both Maori (one tribe specifically) and Pakeha are to blame for that and Moriori survive and are reasserting their culture. Application bail variation to allow for association between Valerie Morse & Emily Bailey defences was suppressed. High Court judge said he did not have jurisdiction to rule in the case! He sent them back to the Auckland District Court with a strongly worded instruction that the bail should be allowed. Extraordinary given that the original bail condition was imposed by the High Court, and yet absurd since it says it doesn't have jurisdiction!

22 Aug, Auckland High Court, a great victory for the accused. Search warrants (which had been supressed from the defence) will be disclosed. This will allow defendants to see the original applications for interception warrants under the Terrorism Suppression Act. This is a substantial victory for defence. Although some details will continue to be supressed, this disclosure will add significantly to the understanding of the police case.
Next week the Pre-Trial Depositions hearing for the arrestees are at the Auckland District Court.

Its like the Maori man stopped on Police Ten Seven the TV program of New Zealand Police - he did NOT have a New Zealand Drivers Licence - If he did not play his race card he would have been given a $50 fine for driving without a licence then he ALSO would NOT have been allowed to drive away. There were no inhabitants in main land New Zealand and that is a scientific fact. There is a second group of indigenous New Zealanders called the Moriori who live in the Chathams far from the mainland who are also Polynesian. There was a massacre of them in the nineteenth century but both Maori (one tribe specifically) and Pakeha are to blame for that and Moriori survive and are reasserting their culture. Stayed in Kuta beach, tried to have a surf but nah couldnt get up lol. Went to the otherside of the island for a look, except they closed the beaches off because there was a UN confrence at one of the hotels there or something! Was in Bali only for 8 days though, spent a month in Thailand. Also that dryer comment, i totaly agree, its sickening!! UPDATE FROM THE HIGH COURT: BAIL SUPPRESSION!
Application bail variation to allow for association between Valerie Morse & Emily Bailey defences was suppressed. High Court judge said he did not have jurisdiction to rule in the case! He sent them back to the Auckland District Court with a strongly worded instruction that the bail should be allowed. Extraordinary given that the original bail condition was imposed by the High Court, and yet absurd since it says it doesn't have jurisdiction!

Its like the Maori man stopped on Police Ten Seven the TV program of New Zealand Police - he did NOT have a New Zealand Drivers Licence - If he did not play his race card he would have been given a $50 fine for driving without a licence then he ALSO would NOT have been allowed to drive away. Children met the same fate and their fingers were considered a delicacy reserved for chiefs. This occured before before a white man set foot here.
