Do not get the PSP 3000. It is unhackable. Who cares if there is a mic or if its just shinier? Sony is trying to trick you to buying one so you can't hack the psp and cant get unlimited games for free. I have a few things to say to your comment. Number 1 isn't hacking the psp illegal. I mean I don't blame them for releasing this I'd be angry as hell if I made a hand held console and people just downloaded the games off the web. yea mikol, but i think that comparison is only under bright lights (like a class room). i think under regular light (your house) you won't really notice a difference unless you have them side by side. of course you can buy a glare resistent screen protector if you feel like you fell behind. it was like this when the slim came out. people made it out to be a revolution but 8-9 months later, now all you'll hear is "its lighter and smaller". just wait till da hype dies down & people will get a grip

Well, the PSP 2000 costs around 150 $, the PSP 3000 costs 200$, but it will have some major upgrades, like a bigger memory card (4 gig), better screen and built-in microphone. The bigger memory card alone makes the PSP 3000 a better deal, since they can be pretty expensive.
