Well WrestleMania has outdrawled the Super Bowl many times, it is known as the Super Bowl of pro wrestling, made some attendance and high grossing records, and u know if it wasn't for WrestleMania few people wouldn't have job right now (besides it did helped it's host cities who were having some economic problems).

Besides, do u know how many cities bid for Wrestlemania?! This year it was between Georgia and Florida (miami), it was FL., they would have the ppv at Sun Life Stadium.
