The graphics in the games tend to be made with 3ds max and or Maya. this is what you are seeing represented in the video. Autodesk also creates middleware like scaleform, beast, Human IK and kynapse which the developers of games use within their game engine to assist with specific tasks like AI, lighting or UI.

If you are trying to make a game or an animated movie, is having one program (3ds Max or Maya) enough, or do you also need Kynapse, HumanIK, MotionBuilder etc??? And if i make a character in Cinema 4D is it fully compatible with Autodesk products?

@alza6991 you can never not have enough software, but i would suggest knowing the software before buying a full license of it all....software without knowing how to use it is useless.

This is a result of combined effort of dozens of professional artists if not hundreds.

Professionals such as Texture artists, concept artists, director of photography, rendering artist, animator and what not

one tutorial won't get you even close to making this sort of thing.

@jeremy072021 these were games =) Digital tutors and gnome has tons of tutorials similar to this, check them out. They wont make tutorials of uncharted 2, and other games as these were made for marketing purpeos and has copyrights.

@coleman265 Cant have anymore than 16gb of ram per PC even 32bit systems cannot have 16gb has to be 64bit, Though you can use your network and Several other Pc's to Render the same project.
