too much forearm rotation is a bad idea... better not to focus on it at all... kinda like focussing on how much the toe flares open on a putting stroke... I wonder how many of the great putters thought about that.
golfers of the future are not planning on putting stress on the shaft? Will pitchers of the future start with the ball back behind their body? Fishermen will begin a cast with the rod tip behind them.
