  • George Lynch & Eddie Van Halen Are Two Of My Favorite Guitarist !!!

  • I'm hunter

Searchng for the things that I might never find. Like the 12 faggots that disliked this!

  • at 2:19 only the 11 road buoy dont like this song..or George Lynch driving style? :)

  • Gostei da música, que é o que importa. Mas, o vídeo...

  • Classic.

  • Mick Brown,YUMMY!!

  • There's that whole choking out Don in the limo thing. Lynch Mob and Dokken did a few shows together last year and george played a few songs with Dokken but those two can't be together long enough without old shit creeping up.

  • DUDES!!! THERES NEW GLAM METAL BANDS ALL OVER THE FUCKING PLACE!!! CHECK OUT THE FOLLOWING BADASSES!!! Wildstreet, Shock Rocket, Beggarz Fixx, Grand Ultra, Crazy Lixx, Hollywood, Reckless Love, Hardcore Superstar, Sister, Sister Sin, Loud N' Nasty, Dirty Penny, Vains of Jenna, Cyanide 4, Crashdiet, King Lizard, Babylon Bombs, Junkyard 69, Sunset Riot, and many many MANY more!!!! CHECK EM OUT YOUR EARS WILL THANK YOU!!!

  • This is my favorite Dokken song. :) Such an underrated band. :( Bands like these are ignored mostly because of the stupid shit here in the USA. There is no fucking talent anymore, if you have a mediocer voice and an auto tuner you can be a "singer" now. It's fucking pathetic.

  • wow..1986..Frankfurt ,Germany...great show..was glad Ratt dropped out and Dokken opened for Accept... Lynch rules !!!

  • Lynch is raping his guitar as usual ! <3

  • lynch rules dokken were a great rock band

  • I wore this tape out when I was a kid. Still kicks ass.

  • PMRC at 1:50

  • don dokken and lynch did NOT get along, don wanted a more mainstream sound and lynch wanted a harder tone.

  • I'm sure this solo was pieced together, but the combination of tone, phrasing and vibrato in this solo made me a Lynch fan for life.

  • 3:00 Dokken in American Chopper :) A "Dokken Chopper" would be cool :)

  • this is one of my favorite bands in heavy and glam metal groups, l wish don dokken and george linch could get together once again

  • george lynch if not the best guitarists is def in top 3 no doubt no argument your clueless if you think any different and your opinion dont matter....PERIOD

  • that george is one sexy dude boy if i was gay

  • I like how George doesn't play the same shit over and over, like some others do.

  • i fuckin cant stop listening to this song. im so addicted to the feelings it gives me. i love the rush as it flows thru my veins!

  • 2 guitars make the diference...

  • singing my fave to right up there with ozzy plant top 3 easy

  • What a fuckin solo

  • Dokken is okay...I prefer to fast forward to Lynch's solo...except a few select songs

  • First day of deer season tomorrow!!

    George Lynch rules

  • Don is so pretty.

  • Arriba Dokken Hp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • Black and white just makes a damn good rock video..don't cha think?

  • awesome guitar licks!!!!!!!!!!!!

    not just repetitive power chords..

They looked their coolest here....without the zoro outfit and all the

    cheesy spandex..ROCK ON!!!!

  • That guitar solo was so good I rewound it twice. Nice endorphin rush...

  • This has to be the quintessential 80's metal song accompanied by the quintessential 80's metal video, High hair, squealing guitars, leather, foreign sports cars, no plot, snapshots, motorcycles alcohol and of course the makeup. The only thing missing is the vixen.

  • Another great Dokken Classic!!!

  • 8 fucking victims.

  • Mick Brown's drummin for the Nuge now

  • @zoso41 Not anymore-he is with Montrose now-

    That oughtta be awesome- :D

    LOVE WILD MICK!

  • what i wouldnt give to be teen in the 80s again&to live like the songs were about. what a blast it was. the hair halfway down my back is gone, just the tats&memories are left.

  • Goota be the best hard rock/pop..ish track ever.

  • even though i was born in 95, i wish i was a teen in the 80s

  • This wasn't George's fastest solo's but boy this was definitely one of his best.

  • @TheBlackshifter "one of"??? :)

  • wow i mis the 80s

  • I think the dislike bar says all.

  • You know-I had forgotten how great that guitar solo was.Wow George.Wow.

  • @Guitfiddlejase He put a lot of thought into this one. Almost like a composition within the song itself.

  • Lynch just kicked ass on this album....Don and George were both in top form....as they were on back from the attack....wish these two could get over their differences and do a couple albums before it's too late.....

  • @ButterBobWorth Yeah. And Don would still do rhythm guitar likewise since breaking the chains came out. Instead of lynch doing all of the guitar work.

  • ROCKEN with DOKKEN

  • just i cant get enough of dokken..its awesome!

  • This is da she'it! Dokken Kicks ass, especially this line up - Lynch/Pilson and Mick... Can't get enough of GL's sound Damn, now that is what Rock Guitar is all about...

Why doesn't some bad ass band start crankin' this type of music out again? I get tired of the melted metal goin' around these days. Disturbed owns it, rules it, and are the best at it. So, whey attempt it. Let's get back to the big hair, big sound, and endless riffs and solos... oh, and the babes aren't a bad thing either

  • The 80's were a great time for music, it was real.

  • Disagree. Breaking the Chains is they're best album. a classic sound!

  • Anyone noticed "PMRC" written on the cage that Jeff was locked in? :D Haha, fuck you, pmrc!

  • George Lynch's Guitar style reminds me of an ELECTRIC CHAIN SAW, That high shrill of eminent danger, It'll shred you into so many deep emotional pieces it's insane! Old School Rocks, and Randy Rhoads, like Hendrix, have since been surpassed by many.

  • Under lock and key: underrated

    Breaking the Chains: overrated

  • @dweiner2 It's not overrated? It wasn't a success at all but is still a great album.

  • @Jamcad01 That's right. Some people prefer Breaking the Chains than under lock and Key. Same with me.

  • @dweiner2 Then why did you say "overrated"

  • @Jamcad01 Because other people prefer Breaking the Chains instead of under Lock and Key

  • so jelous of the 80s kids our music now is horse shit with beats

  • 6 people knew they can't handle rock music, but chose to watch it anyway

  • Under Lock and Key is definitely one of the most underrated albums of all time. Nothing short of epic.

  • Best guitar tone at the time...

  • John Bonham, Tommy Lee & "Wild" Mick Brown.

  • The artificial harmonic @ 2:21 is to die for...bastards got 20 picks and 40 fingers going :P

  • One of Dokken's most underated songs! Great lyrics, melody and solo. Strange that Lynch never sounded so good after he left Dokken. I don't get it since he was never able to re-create such great solos without Dokken...

  • Those were the days! Great band with an arsenal of talented musicians. Also like Don Dokken, with John norum. Mr. Scary & John Norum kick ass!

  • The dislike part is the size of the dick from the dislikers?

  • @GeekaristOne What Dick?

  • I find this song inspiring

  • かっこいい!

  • I Wanna be George Lynch!!

  • @raxanci I love his guitarpickup!

Going to put it in an old Ibanez rg guitar this december!!!

    screamin demon by seymour duncan!

  • One of my Favorites songs of Dokken, I Love this Band, 80´s Hard Rock / Metal Ruls!!!!!!! \m/

  • 1:50 PMRC xD

  • Dokken fans, Finally, I found the music video for "Walk Away," but it does not work on mobile phones. My computer does not work so I am having to use the iPhone wannabe Android. Does anyone think they could help me find a version I can listen/watch here on YouTube? I thank you in advance.

  • 779 people hunter, 6 victim

  • @kvhun make that 909 hunters.

  • my fav sounding dokken song, killer guitar tone!

  • otra banda gringa mala.. de tantas de esa época

  • @gonzalocga No entendes nada man..

  • 5 people need to get Lynched!

  • LOS ANGELES HEAVY METAL !!!

LA DOLCE VOCE DI DON SI SPOSA CON I RIFFS "CROMATI" DI MR. LYNCH !!!

    FOREVER........

  • I dont know why a couple little faggots down there said this video was stupid,I think its awesome.Ive always thought that. The switch between color and black and white, its cool.It has an ominous feel to it,I cant explain it. It always brings me back to when I was a kid too. This song kicks ass,and I'd gladly beat the fuck out of anybody that says otherwise!

  • 5 pessoas idiotas !!! viva o hard rock

  • great song,terrible video

  • Search for "George Lynch - Mr. Scary [Studio]" for what I consider to be a solo that inspires the emotion of a devious train about to run me down. Still, you are incredibly fast and accurate.

  • @coldsun1187 Hey, this is shredisnotdead1986 just on a second account, i appreciate the compliments, and the criticism as well. I agree lynch is probably one of the better 80s guitarists... Just the whole thing about randy rhoads pissed me off... he's a legend, but not that skilled compared to shredders of today. Anyway, thanks again. I'll actually start to work on some shit besides shredding.

  • @ShredIsNotDead1986,

You are damn fast and skilled with the shredding, but that lacks a soul. I was there in the 80s. You could say it was my stomping grounds. From RATT to Megadeth I saw it all. George Lynch has a distinctive style that makes his guitar speak, not just because he could shread (see Mr. Scary), but because it was like candy for the ear and had melody. I'll keep an eye on your channel, but you need to keep working on it. Good luck.

  • AWESOMO!!!!!!!!!

  • You know, actually, Randy Rhoads wasnt even that good of a guitarist.. Eddie Van Halen sucks... George Lynch is badass. But as far as best guitarists?? NO None of them are the best. At all..

  • @BelethRising thats a good way to get people to go watch your solos. im sorry to burst your bubble, but Randy was better than you will ever be and he died at only 25..

  • @derS54B32 Randy Rhoads ain't shit man. So many guitarists out there are way better than him.. he wrote some memorable songs man, but no.. he is so fucking overrated that it hurts... by the way, Better is a matter of how you look at it.. i havent written songs that everyone will know for years and years, but randy rhoads could never touch my technical ability or musical knowlege. sorry man. If you can do better id like to see it.

  • @BelethRising

WOW. Behold ladies and gentlemen... a nobody... a legend in his own mind... disrespecting a TRUE LEGEND... I saw your video. SO WHAT you can play extremely fast arpeggios and tap all over the fretboard. So can I. Whoopdie fuckin doo. Not one note you played had any soul. Get over yourself.

  • @jonzguitar1 lynch isn't a "legend"..just another 80's guitarist... he is a mediocre player at best, with no real technical ability to speak of.... where are your vids of you playing like me? By the way, don't use that invalid soul argument.. only lesser musicians, who feel bad because they lack the technical ability of someone better do that.. it's really sad... sorry you aren't technically competent man, I hope it works out for you whilst trolling.

  • @jonzguitar1 Btw, who are you to determine what another musician was "feeling" while playing a certain part? YOU CAN"T, all you can do is interpret the music in your own eyes, and sorry to say, but if you feel it has no "SOUL" then that's probably your fault, for having none yourself... A reflection of your own delusions of being some great "soulful" player, because or your own lack of ability, you now rely on that invalid argument. You can't decide if it has soul. Only the creator of it knows.

  • @BelethRising Whatever. I was referring to Randy. You are just another one of those "technical ability" guitarists. A dime a dozen. Nobody cares. I don't need to prove my ability to anyone, least of all some sap like you. So go ahead and keep posting videos of yourself on youtube and bask in your own false delusions of grandeur. Nobody cares about your 'technical ability' but you.

  • @jonzguitar1 Me, and many other people. And, by the way, before you go and talk about other people's video quality, I"d recommend posting a video yourself, so maybe we can see some of this "talent" that you MUST have in order to say that I'm not a very good guitarist. You obviously have some inferiority complex that makes you argue endlessly with people who are better than you at certain things.

Oh, by the way, before you go off how good of a guitarist you are...

    Vids or it didn't happen.

  • @BelethRising It did happen. You were born. With diarrhea of the ego. And mouth. You obviously can't read the English language properly either, it seems. All that egotistical diarrhea has flooded into your eyesockets. Its not allowing you to see things clearly. You should get that checked out. I never said that you were not a very good guitarist. As far as videos go, there are 8 year old Asian children on here with more technical ability than you will ever possess. Done with you.

  • @jonzguitar1 I highly doubt that, and I'd like to see it if you can provide such a thing.. I'm not egotistical, I'm just a dick. But it's all good. I know you didn't say I wasn't good, and I didn't say you had to like it either. Peace \m/

  • @BelethRising

It's not about Technicality man. It's about who produces good music, can combine it with decent technicality, play it accurate live, and is original, and George produced some damn great music which he played great live, had far above decent amount of technicality (If you've ever watched him actually try to play), and wrote original tunes to jam to. All of this makes him far beyond being mediocre man. If you think that technicality is all you need, then I'm very sorry for you....

  • @BelethRising

Oh, and music does have soul. Soul is music that has emotion expressed via the instrument. It basically sets the mood of the song, and the more soul it has, the better the mood of the song is set. If the person has an exceptional amount of soul in his music, you'll know exactly how he felt when he wrote it and exactly what he meant for the music's feel to have. If you can't hear the emotion and soul, then maybe you're just not that In-Touch with the music as other musicians are.

  • @derS54B32 And also, now im on my main account if you wanna see some real fucking shredding, check my videoss , and don't talk shit before you know what you are talking about.

  • forget the goof hair styles, forget the cheesey videos. Just listen to the music. the musicianship is soooo good. george Lynch(and all of Dokken for that matter) are so underrated.

  • Song stands the test of time. Forgot there was music this good. You'd never know it listening to the absolute shit that passes for music, today.

  • love the guitar sound in this song
