I agree with both observations here. With respect, perhaps Andy should watch and see how many times he uses his hands to emphasise just about every word he says. I appreciate that he is in earnest, and understand why, but it would be so much better if he used less of the gestures.

This looks like it could be good - The narrator's repetitve hand gestures are extremely distracting.
