A calendar (called The World Calendar) that I was told about in high school back in 1983 had four identical quarters each year with two 30-day months and one 31-day month, which adds up to 364 days. In between Saturday Dec 30 and Sunday Jan 1 would be Year-End Day. On leap years, there would be a Leap Day between Saturday June 30 and Sunday July 1. Each month would have the same number of business days. This sounds much simpler, with no leap week.
Awesomesauce.
Keep making these videos!

Hi folks...
I've been listening to you two guys for a few years and this is the first time I've seen what you look like.
Fraser...you look nothing like I imagined...in a good way! (I had you looking more geeky).
Pamela...your hair was longer...and curly.
Keep up the good work folks...I LOVE the podcast!

Cool, perhaps an idea for in the fure: why not use the transcript of the episode to subtitle (captioning) these videos?

What changes or improvements would you make if you were told to create a calendar for every citizen of earth to use?
