But I have also seen people getting raped by low-level people and that tends to happen..they are just bad players and boosted or glitched to get the level.......

I have a low level account that I try hard on with a 2.8+ K/D, without playing dom. I understand that sometimes level can reflect skill, but more often than not... it doesn't.
