  • omg stfu with the ''hai'' and ''heeee''

  • Kieren was class, and he is the greatest distance freestyler ever.

  • His stroke is not nearly as smooth and good as Hackett's, and his elbow isnt very square on the pull. But he was good, no denying that

  • Perkins was at his best in 1994. His 1500 in Atlanta was pretty ordinary swim (some 15 seconds slower that his world record), but he was the clear favourite and going in, he was always going to win to make the double. Not quite good enough in Sydney though. He still swam ok, but went to hard in his heat and had no energy in the final to go with Hackett.

  • You're so wrong. If Perkins was like any of us he would never have made the final in Atlanta, or having scraped in, could never have won gold. He won that gold against every obstacle.

  • Master of long distance!

  • these japanese commentators are so funny too listen

  • simply amazing im a distance swimmer too and i dnt even dream of going that fast
