  • oh yea...no excuses...i had 2 surgeries on upper spine..2 on lower spine...needs a knee replacement...chronic pain and arthritis...I CAN DO IT..SO CAN YOU DIVAS !!!

  • what works for me personally is having my elliptical in the living room. i can get on it and watch YT, my soap opera, or a movie. and before i know it, my exercise session is done. i have a feeling i know why some people are disliking this vid...but you spoke the truth! great vid!

  • my Co worker asked me to join her at the gym. she goes alone and I've seen her go for 3 months faithfully. Some of those same lame ass excuse jogged my mind. I have been watching what I eat but I need to move! I will tell her I will join her for 45 min 3x to start. I can spare that time for sure

  • TINA I AM WALKING 5 DAYS A WEEK BUT MY PROBLEM IS THAT IT SEEM S THAT I AM ALWAYS HUNGRY. WHAT SHOULD I DO I AM NOT SEEING ANY RESULTS.

  • @msmjcandance75 eat every 3 hours...not a whole meal but a healthy low calorie snack...make sure you have some protein in there too.

  • @msmjcandance75 Are you eating on a schedule? Perhaps 5 - 6 small meals that include more protein and fiber than carbs through out the day will keep you more satisfied.
