illdunkonyou, is 5 9, white and could dunk easily. Wtf you mean white people can't jump? It's simply about the training individuals do to get their particular leg strength to be strong enough to dunk. But for me, I personally used the exercise program over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com

@illdunkonyou : ah, nah i got a canon hv30.. i think it has 60fps but i've only used 30fps on it.. check out leonss10's channel, he just uploaded a 60fps dunk test.

if you want a cheap cam, get some flip cam, HD, i think they are like < $100 now or something???
