I hate the government for that traction control regulation. This has been my dream car ever since I was like 9 and now I'm sitting here 13 years later realizing I'll never get to own a brand new Viper.
The concept viper looks sweet, they need to change and evolve to compete against the super cars like the zr1, gtr35, mercedes slmg , gtr2rs,....Im sad but glad overral if they come up with a new car in the near future. Change is needed,,,,,,Nothing last forever..........

@DVGTS1 What does that matter? Most euro cars relay on turbos and super chargers, have you ever thought about the torque levels you get from a 8.4ltr engine? How about reliability? Think a 5ltr engine last a long time pushing those kinds of numbers? And besides all that, why cant Dodge build them how they want to and let the Euros build their cars how they want too. It may not be technological break through but Americans have always loved giant ass engines with astronomical amounts of TORQUE!
@DWINTERS14 Actually, the gentleman was reassigned, as were most of the tradesmen that worked at the plant. They are keeping fingers crossed that the factory maybe reopened in the near future.
i love the Viper Hope the next Gen. will have a 8.5L V-10 wouldn't mind a 8.5L V-8 As well and like 800 HP i mean it has 8500 CC ! and just keep it brutal with a 6 speed manual & ofc RWD & LSD and as little electronic aids as possible

would like to see a Viper built by Germans. with the same 8.4l V10.
The power output will be far more than 700 hp.

Most european cars rely on turbos? Epic Fail. BMW,Pagani,Lamborghini,Ferrari and much more do not rely on turbos.
