Down To The River To Pray/Waters Ripple & Flow-Concert Choir

The sound of the choir as a whole is not bad (needs a little work on blending), but the soloists where lacking. Their pitch was not quite right, and I still can't figure out why there was a girl singing with the bass on the bass solo. That takes away from the fact that the Opening Solo is from a woman's point of veiw and the second from a man's.

I was in this choir last year before i was forced to move due to my parents getting a divorce. this is the most amazing choir to be apart of.

I love this song - I think it was in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou"(not sure of title??). The girl who comes in at about 1:40 needs some work-reminds me of Baby's sister in "Dirty Dancing"(surely there are better soloists in the choir....).
