great. theose storms ar now in northeast kansas and are STAYING here and HAVE BEEN staying here for 3 WEEKS already! out town wuz in a tornado warning thursday. they predicted the tornados and they came. very scary. the eye of the storm was right over us. 2 tornados touched down in our town and went up RIGHT away. VERY VERY freaky. bye
I was at wright state and I got a phone call about them 5 minutes before the campus was sent to the shelter areas. Got me out of class even though they had already gone into clark county.
What is it with Greene County? You got this up quick. I was in downtown Dayton at the time this happened. Keep these going, as I really enjoy these severe weather break-ins!
Even though I have been through and completed sooo many meteorology classes... I would have never noticed that tornado in the band... It sounded like Jamie even had a hard time explaining this one... even though its interesting never the less!!
Wow, you got that up really quickly. I was checking the Storm Prediction Center's website after I came back home to see if anything interesting was going on, and was very surprised to find out that tornadoes had been touching down in the area.
i almost never get tornadoes in my hometown (Piscataway, NJ)...all i get is severe thunderstorms (almost rarely)

Wow, he really explained this system to a T. Jamie Simpson beats any meteorologist anywhere else I've been across the country!
The tornadoes ALWAYS hit Greene County....must be the topography.
