  • Wow, I've never seen so many Commissioned officers march in ranks!

  • what? no pipers?!

  • @vaevictus Check my other videos, bag pipes and fife and drum

  • look at that fat ass doing the cadence. its not the civil war dumb shit. when the navy puts her in a combat zone she woulnt last one sec. people join the mil for money and college. they dont want to see combat.

  • Yes! The American military personnel walk really attractively, I like!!

  • Look at the fat ass black Army woman at 2:42 ... all the way on the left. Geez, how can anyone be proud marching with such riff raff? Don't even get me started on the shit birds out of step.

  • @solinvictus39 She is a high school kid and you are a jerk.

  • @solinvictus39 Not only are you a jerk, you are a racist shit pile

  • I so hate when they yell ...Left right,,left right, the military should eliminate that from marching parades.

  • @FightingAircraftVids It's called cadence. You know like your girl was there when you left, your right. Lighten up

  • @sunnyquin Yea I know what it is but I still hate it...its annoying.

  • wow people. its a friggen hometown parade. go somewhere else to argue, jesus

  • 2:07

    Not even in step....

  • @VolunteerLS110 shut up

  • @danthomastherocker1 Honestly! Look at them! Looks like they've gone for a Sunday stroll!

  • American marches represent the American "free thinking" spirit, whereas they do not march like mindless machines - but more like capable, intelligent, and pridefull participants in the world's most advanced military force. Honestly I would prefer this any day over the "robot toy soldiers" the Chinese and co. seem to like to portray.

  • do they do this every year?

  • @wordoc23 A parade is held every year

  • This isn't parade, these guys just been relived of duty for the rest of the day, so their all just heading to the local brewery.

  • @snowwolf7777 FUNNY! No this is a parade, but there was beer at the end of the march.

  • to bad usa troops can't march with more pride like commonwealth forces, you should watch how brittish forces march during a parade, us canadians are same way marching like brits march, take a lession and march with you left arm raise to your shoulders

  • @TheBagger57 I couldn't give a hoot less about how the British Army or any of it's spawn marches.

  • @sunnyquin The Us Forces march with more pride than anyone could imagine, just because the British troops wave around their arm while marching does not make it look any better, it looks pathetic.

Left arm raised to the shoulder while marching, it looks like a stupid toy puppet.

  • @sunnyquin True, wagging an arm around ridiculously does not symbolize pride or whatever, it's simply a stupid, unnatural movement.

  • @TanjihShou It does show a lack of discipline. My drill sergeant would not have like that at all. Good point.

  • @TheBagger57 If anyone has it right, I'd have to say the Russians have it down pat. Yes the goose step makes them look like they have sticks crammed up their asses, but when you combine it with the music they have, it seems more flamboyant than ridiculous.

  • American parades are more carefree than the ones in China. They are like robots there.

  • No, American parades just show how pathetic, fat, lazy and depressed you are

this march look like the 3rd world

  • @wwintelligencer ????? Im not American dumshit

  • I have always admired how the Americans seem to adore their army, these guys can march on the street and everyones cheering, noone is trying to disturb them.

Here in Germany, the Bundeswehr receives no respect and is only defamed by stupid leftists and magazines.

They even have to be secured by police, most of the time they do not even march in public.

  • Have them send a ship to Boston and they can join the parade.

  • Sheis Kopf

  • as a Future soldier leaving for BCT in Feb, I say we should have a big Parade not to show off but to at least Commerate our troops for there service, To many America's Forget Where Freedom Comes from and alot still Crap on the Troops and Future Troops.. God bless the USA! and the Armed Serivces.. 13 m 20100202 FT. Sill Hoora!!!

  • D: i want to become 1 of the USA navy guy too theyre so awsome :D

  • i can not bunker hill

  • This parade is not organized by the National Government or the military. Military units are invited to participate and they are the welcomed guests of the community. The atmosphere is cordial, relaxed, and friendly. It is not a show of force, it is an expression of appreciation on the part of the people and goodwill on the part of the military. Lighten up.

  • i dont like US army parade, although the US army is the best and very powerful in technology and everything but their parade is not as organised like the Chinese or Russian army march...it looks less serious...i wish they will do better than this.

  • the US does not use parades to show off it's military.

  • RoyaleMcChicken i agree with you.....

  • we dont need parades to show off our military

  • The US Army is the 2nd Best. If you want to see a fantastic parade full of pomp and ceremony, watch the British!

Search out Royal Tournament, Trooping the Colour, Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo. Search this channel - Military Tattoo.

  • @falcons1988 who the frist best

    anyone but china and russia

  • Sweet, a video from 1775

  • This is a people's parade. The community pays for it, not the government. That is what makes it great. It is all about freedom. Something lacking on most of the rest of this planet. Hitler, Stalin, and Mao had some great events.

  • After see the Russian and soviet parades, is painful see these guys. How come US have such poor parade?

  • we were trained to fight not march....how well your parade looks or how well you march doesnt make a hill of beans when the metal meets the meat...usually the poorest troops at drill and ceremony make the best soldiers..

  • Seriously plus we dont force soldiers to participate, they participate in them. They do it at their own will.

  • I really would like to join the army band. Is it difficult to pass through the auditions? I'm not that good in sight reading. Please reply. Oh, BTW I'm in college, I play the clarinet and I'm 17 years old.

  • You have to talk to the recruiter about that.

  • i hate when i see a drill and men are out of formation and out of step!!!

that just shows utter disrespect and ignorance.

  • Why are most navy chicks so damn round? lol

  • A sight better than what Popeye had to deal with, Olive Oil. Har, Har, Har Matey!

  • YES! Better to have a grande than have what could be a ladyboy.

  • Holy cow, seems nobody in the navy knows how to march, looks more like forward..stroll, or saunter maybe.

  • Some would call it a swagger. More American in nature, less in the British tradition.

  • SunnyQuin, couldn't agree wit hyou more, not quite a swagger, that would require style..more like forward..mosey, more american like that

  • That's how you march on a pitching and rolling deck

  • lol..was thinking thats how they march when hungover..or still drunk for that matter

  • hey that is so not cool! I am in the navy and i am not "round"

  • I'm an Army guy but let's face it, those Navy whites really dress up a parade.

  • Same here!

  • Yea, i m holding the USMC flag.

  • Its a shame USA doesnt get such beautiful official parades like Russian Victory Day parade or Korean State Day parade... I would love to see something like that!

  • You can't sit back and let the government do everything for you. We are self starters, that is why the War for Independence was called a Revolution. The Russians just didn't get it. They traded one master for another and still haven't got it right. All in all I would say this was a great parade.

  • No, I meant that with the kind of military machinery and the size of army+great brass band it would look even more impressive.

  • I understand what you mean. While I would enjoy that as well, I think that it would be viewed as politically incorrect by some. It is left to the people to organize patriotic events through civic and veteran groups around the country. Perhaps it is because our military tradition is founded on the Militia, the Citizen Soldier.

I don't think that we have had mass displays of military marching units since the end of World War II.

  • Hey, im in there!

  • Way to go!

  • I love the drums. From Canada, thanks for all you do, in the sea, above or below, and in the air. GO NAVY!

  • thanks for posting this up.. i was there.. =]

my uncle's in the navy.. i like the way they marched.. lol

  • You are welcome.

There are more pictures of the military at the end of the parade video with the Kevin Barry Pipe Band.
