You actually need a bit more than 1 cup flour and a few Tsp. Baking Soda or the balls will come out flat. You should also melt the chocolate so they will look brown. Instead of a "bag or two sugar" just add sugar while looking the spoon occasionally until sweet enough. Bake until they look done. (might smell like they are burning too!) Makes about 2 dozen balls.
