This song never ceases to amaze me. The last 40 seconds of this performance, as well, Dan's solo part.. Blows my mind. I think that's one of the reasons Neon Ballroom holds up so strongly amongst all their albums, because it's so dark, personal and often relatable. The backing vocals towards the end as well, they send shivers... Unashamedly emotive from start to finish.

Yeah I went to that concert, and the "Chair rocked way harder than what the Finger did.  Silverchair really got the crowd going, which Powderfinger couldnt. They just kicked off with a really big bang which Powderfinger didnt. To be truthful, I was pretty disappointed in Powderfinger. But despite that, the whole thing was really worth seeing. Rock on Silverchair!
