specs are in the description. i did a lot of tweaks. disabled drivers im not using, managed start up programs and disabled unnecessary services. disabled indexing, deleted unneeded fonts. there is a lot, can't name them off the top of my head, just google vista tweak guides and etc. they will help in boot time.

I'm running an Intel Pentium Dual Core Mobile Processor, 2.00 GHZ and 1GB of RAM and I'm sure mine boots up in less than 30 seconds.

No heat issues at all, especially since it gets extra lift from my 12 cell battery, haha. And yea, it's a Verve.
