Loved 'em from the first note of Parchman Farm on their first album. I had the distinct pleasure of seeing them perform live at the old Fillmore East just after the "One way or another" album came out. Awesome stuff back in the day.
Just had to have me some Cactus ! Grew up listening to this kind of music and try to sound cool like these guys with my music . Thanks for the late 60's and early 70's ROCK & ROLL . Michael S Barrett and "Sons of Richard"... Portland , OR.
Don't know whether Rusty Day or Steve Marriott gets my vote for the nastiest funkiest ugliest most awesome voice for hard rock music in history. I AM sure that Rusty was the lesser appreciated but neither got the recognition they both deserved. These boys knew how to ROCK!
i've searched in a lot of websites, spending a lot of time, looking for the lyrics of this song, and i never found shit. Awesome band, rusty day rules.
I'm in a Heavy Blues Rock band and i wanna cover the Wicked Lady's ''Living on the Edge''. So, if you have the lyrics, can you share it wit me, please? Cheers from Colombia

These guy were a great influence on my playing; they were the first no-hole-barred rock sound to date, and made the hair on my ball-sack kinkier:)

this is rock at its greatest The music from the early 70's lives on today. Better than
heavy metal punk metal or any thing of this age.
