What are the links to the recommended videos you are suggesting by Gavin and Ed? I love the pay it forward mentality but I am still trying to figure this out.

Also, Edward is in the process of converting over his blog and those videos don't seem to be available right now but Gavin's should tell you everything you need. You can also see the entire posts Gavin did on his blog at gavinmountfordDOTcom
