There is a really big one in the Theatrical version of this movie. The Extended, when the girl drives to his house, she drives, stands by car and what not throughout the scene, then flys off with hancock fighting. int he theatrical, she flys in, all of a sudden shes standing by her car, then its gone, then hes by it again, then they fly off, and the car is gone yet again :P
