What fertilizer you using?

Leaf zone once a month and I add root tabs under the plants once a month. 2 x 5 foot Lights are on a timer for 8 hours and I turn on 2 further lights when I feel the plants may need a boost which isnt often. Planning to have a blue moon tube for late evening soon.

how long did the discus last with the angels

About 8 months until the angels started to breed then I put the angels in their own breeding tanks as they obviously became protective. They are ok together when growing as long as you ensure you quarantine & clean them for worms, flukes & protozoans before placing them with Discus.

Very nice aquarium but I wouldn't keep angel fish with discus.Angelfish become very competitive when eating and they are said to carry parasites which are harmless to them but harmful to discus fish.
