the exterior being nice and all i agree but you seriously need to rethink the interior of this eco house. atleast the entrance room on the 2nd floor. also where are the solar panels! : )

my brother just built a house with styrofoam bricks concret filled, it has a heat requirement of a hair dryer.

nice video would be a perfect setup for groundsource horizontal geothermal.

good job on the design would like to see more details.

If i was the owner / builder i would insist on a painstaking geotechnical report of the surrounding soil, if any corners are cut in this area of the planning you might as well build above ground.

Well, no, that entirely depends on the structural design. A poorly designed pool might crack, a properly engineered one won't, its the same with buildings.

i love kevin mc clouds programmes but PLEASE!! ECO? people cant build mansions greedy for resources and put a bit of insulation in , then call it an eco= house, the word is beggining to lose its meaning.
