That's a beast house! So cool I'd luv to liv there but it might be a bit far away from everything, I love windows and the fact that it's hidden underground
the exterior being nice and all i agree but you seriously need to rethink the interior of this eco house. atleast the entrance room on the 2nd floor. also where are the solar panels! : )
If i was the owner / builder i would insist on a painstaking geotechnical report of the surrounding soil, if any corners are cut in this area of the planning you might as well build above ground.
Well, no, that entirely depends on the structural design. A poorly designed pool might crack, a properly engineered one won't, its the same with buildings.
@hunter69denys hahahaha thats a bit rich coming from a Yank, that probably has no idea of speaking English properly! Being told this guys English accent is bad by an American, is akin to being told to sit up straight by the Hunchback of Notre Dame!! Retarded dickhead.
i love kevin mc clouds programmes but PLEASE!! ECO? people cant build mansions greedy for resources and put a bit of insulation in , then call it an eco= house, the word is beggining to lose its meaning.
dose any 1 know where i can get 2 c the plans of the house ????? :)

just dig a smaller 6' hole and get buried in that, it's even more environmentally friendly

not bad work but eventually the ground will crush the house, just like when you take the water out of a pool will cause cracks
