That cloud in Montreal that remained stationary, might have just been what in Florida we call "heat lightning". It happens almost every summer night. Clouds with silent lightning and no rain just kind of sit on the horizon from where i live everynight here in Florida. Atleast that's what it looks like to me. 12:14
