Also looks like starch resistance requires a parallel pulse phase to negate any temperature fluctuation...glavin.

looks to me like it's rather inefficient. All the good energy's of the potato are lost like this. I can't read the volt meter and the wires go off the screen. You need to make a closed-loop setup and show it running for at least 500 hours in a single shot.
