A person beaten over a would-have-been speeding ticket? I'm sorry, but that's not the proper action to have been taken. If they started to beat people, over speeding tickets, or littering, eventually people would hit back, and hit back hard, if not harder. Think of a day wherein you go over the speed limit and get pulled over, instead of given a proper warning the only thing you get is a severe beating. Would you still stand by with what you said?

you get pulled over you DON'T ARGUE WITH A COP, you cooperate and never raise your voice.If you got nothing to hide, why worry. black or white, you will get your day in court and you can always get a lawyer. The beating a little overboard yes, but he provoked the officer by using a raised voice and then got his dumb ass out, the cop needs to hit or be hit. My friend is a cop and he says if you feel threatened you need to control the situation. He crossed the line and after that its his fault.

I grew up in N MPLS. and thats nothing new. It's only new that it was caught on tape. That part of the city was so rough in my day we would sit on the front pourch drinking beers and listen to the gun fights at night. Not that it justifies that beating in any way! Only pointing out just how rough that place is. So I wish like hell I could say it's shocking video. But thats N MPLS for you. Years of hate on bolth sides of the law around there.
