Ron Paul never said that. It was in a newsletter for Ron Paul and written by a ghostwriter. Paul does not believe in it, and has never said anything remotely like it. See the Wikipedia article about Ron Paul under "Newsletter article controversy" for more information.
The fact that his detractors have to reach so far back for so obscure a controversy to try to smear him shows how unassailable his character is.

DANGER!!! When donating to RP, you may want to choose a credit card that's close to maxed out. When I charged a donation on one of my cards (low balance), they immediatley lowered my credit celing. A cowinkydink??? Slight maybe, but I don't think so.

You can reach all kinds of people with a message about Ron Paul. They will have to listen if they want to leave a message. Tell them the only hope for America is Ron Paul or Google Ron Paul.
