GOD JUST LOOK AT THE WAY KIRK EYES SPOCK AT EVERY MOMENT. He's so touchy, too, and Vulcan are a race that every touch sends some sort of emotional transference. Also, there are scenes of Kirk and Spock holding hands/touching hands-which is the Vulcan equivalent of a kiss...

Okay, by far the greatest part of this video is the fact that Bones is the one "singing" this song. I cn't put into words how happy 1:51 makes me feel inside, because I so clearly see it in my mind -- Bones egging Kirk on to tell Spock how he feels, and the whole crew sneakily trying to help until the whole thing blows into the open and the crew starts laughing about it. Just my little analysis of how this would really play out ;D
