These toyotas are built with to last. i have owned two toyotas for over 24 years combined and they haven't broken down once. Previous to these cars i owned a ford which fell apart and broke down more times than i can remember.

No, ford does not use the same gas pedal assembly in their trucks, they did however use the same manufacturer for the floor mats as toyota did when they ahd the floor mat issue, but they only used
them in the ford transit connect. Ford made sure they didnt have the same issue before sending out their vehicles. Doesnt matter how you look at it, the Ford F150 will always be better then the toyota tundra.

@09FordFX4 like I said before there is no frame rust in the Tundra. I know because I own 3 of them. 2007 5.7 CrewMax 4x4 TRD package, 2008 DblCab SR5 5.7, and a 2010 SR5 5.7 DblCab. All three trucks haul 15ft boxed trailer every day and none has a problem with the frame or anything else. I tryed the new 5.4 triton F-150 towing one of the trailers and I said Hell No! The F-150's power is junk and the braking system is horrible.

im just letting everyone know that companies like toyota and gm contract other companies to build their parts. do you think every last washer, screw, and nut in a tundra was made in a toyota factory. the toyota gas pedal was made in an independent factory that is surely contracted to more than one company. toyota just happened to be the first company to find it and try to fix it so you should all be thanking them.

No, ford does not use the same gas pedal assembly in their trucks, they did however use the same manufacturer for the floor mats as toyota did when they ahd the floor mat issue, but they only used
them in the ford transit connect. Ford made sure they didnt have the same issue before sending out their vehicles. Doesnt matter how you look at it, the Ford F150 will always be better then the toyota tundra.

on the tundra due to the frame, twice actually.
once for the 2000-2003 tundras, the frame rusted and coroded, and again for
the newer generation of tundras, 2007-2010
because the frame would rust near the spare tire holder. I keep a close eye on the auto industry.

@09FordFX4 like I said before there is no frame rust in the Tundra. I know because I own 3 of them. 2007 5.7 CrewMax 4x4 TRD package, 2008 DblCab SR5 5.7, and a 2010 SR5 5.7 DblCab. All three trucks haul 15ft boxed trailer every day and none has a problem with the frame or anything else. I tryed the new 5.4 triton F-150 towing one of the trailers and I said Hell No! The F-150's power is junk and the braking system is horrible.

Fucking google it lol. and how is bad brakes worse then a gas pedal that will stick and send you speeding into disaster. Id rather have bad brakes then a bad gas pedal that randomly speeds up. Fords are way nicer for towing. way better technology is implemented in their trucks to assist with towing.

Back in the 90's I had an f150. It was horrible.

..WELL..IN THE 90'S FORD was good..i have seen alot of 90ish fords go 350k or more with no issues..then you can find some that werent so lucky ...both the f 150 and 250 are really good trucks...it comes down to what you want a truck to do..if you just want a light cruiser..the f 150 is the way to go..if your going to tow/haul alot of shit..get the f 250

I've just heard that nothing compares with a diesel F250. Well back when I used to work in the oil rigs, we used nothing but F250's and they had 4xxK miles and they were solid... But I kinda like the new Chevys, they're gorgeous.
