Contrary to what you may think, Singapore does have a pretty significant military force for it's size. We're probably capable of invading Malaysia if we wanted, and still succeed in holding it. And Malaysia's 465 times our land area.

Sure, we're not the USA. And hell, I'm happy we're not. We may not have nuclear weapons, but we don't have George W. Bush either, and we definitely don't start wars for vague reasons and incur total foreign debts of US$9.5 trillion. That's US$31k per person, btw.
