@catnipncheese I finally figured this out. DO NOT LOOK AT THE HANDS. It's all in the leg muscles. Just think of your legs doing all the work. Just "catch" and bounce on your legs. It will automatically happen. Try it. I'm an engineer, so I'm always trying to understand power transfer in sports(..cuz I suck at sports, initially but I figure it out). Often our bodies fail to do what we "see" others do. Coaching from these "natural athletes" does not help. They don't understand us.
I would have paid more attention if you were in bathing suits while you were teaching, i mean it is beach volley ball right? i'm not trying to be sexixt but where are the thongs?
