i'm a 100% certain the person who perpetrated 9/11 died in the flames along with everyone else on the plane. its not like they were arrested after the crash. republican logic fail. (as per usual)
The Republicans have been really nasty and grasping at straw here in the 20th district. Hopefully they will lose..... I am urging everyone here to vote for Murphy, though he is the lesser of two evils....Tedisco is really a very bad choice.
@mrschexy - True, only because it's what they would want. But what I don't want is my tax dollars going to pay for their incarceration for life. They deserve to die.
Yeah it would be great if the perpetrators of 9/11 were brought to justice...Too bad the last Republican administration's approach to the problem has failed miserably. You need to shut up and let the new guys get to work.
As for the death penalty; why make martyrs out of these guys? Killing them is too quick and easy, a wasted opportunity, a propaganda gift to the jihadists (who love their "martyrs") and frankly too good for them. Tell the world they've squealed on their old pals...
This is why I am voting for Tedisco. Guys like Murphy will do what Nancy Pelosi and other liberals want, including on giving terrorists the benefit of the doubt.
Shame on Murphy as there were over 3000 Americans that received the Death Penalty for just being Americans or living free in America.
Look, it costs more money to kill someone then to put them away for life, so its not cost effective. Moreover, this isn't a deterrent for other Islamic terrorists because they tend to kill themselves in the terrorist attack anyway.
So why would one think that the death penalty would be a fitting punishment for this situation?
I think it would be better to find away to put these bastards to work rebuilding what they destroyed.
That's what makes terrorists terrorists. They deal in death.Concerning the DP opponents oppose the DP period, like most civilized countries in the world.Anyway the issue is capturing those responsible for the 9/11 attacks.(which Bush failed to stop)Not spending billions on an illegal war is a start.
These adds are offensive because the Bush admin has made the world a much more dangerous place than it was.Opposing the DP is meaningless as far as actually capturing the perpetrators is concerned.
Let's see, who was it who said, "Bin Laden? I don't think much about him any more". Hint: GW Bush. However, it's nice to see that the RNC is still hauling out the terrorist fear mongering. As they did with Max Cleland. But this is the party with No New Ideas, so I'm not surprised.
They lowdown terrorist deserves the Death Penalty including Osama Bin Laden . I will support the Death Penalty for Bin Laden Dead !

Uh... Even if anyone would vote for him, there is a constitutional amendment (number 21?) preventing a president from serving more than 10 years.

The Republicans need to do better than this.
Do these guys even realize that we are in the middle of a financial meltdown?

The alternative of course, is knowing that they won't be martyred for their cause and will spend like as not die in prison some fifty years hence.

The death penalty for terrorists would be the easy way out for them. A lifetime behind bars would be much worse.
