I bought my first version of Vegas Pro when Sony Creative Software had one of their "super dooper" sales on. Once you own a copy of Vegas Movie Studio, you qualify for the discounted upgrade pricing, which for you would be £335 retail right now for you.

However, on top of that you can get an extra discount again when they have their promos.

So when I bought it this way it only cost me $240.

one question did you buy a windows edition of sony vegas and when you install it onto your mac will it work? cos they dont have a mac version

Vegas only comes in a Windows compatible version.

You can run Windows Software on any Mac if you install Windows 7 onto a partition on your Mac's Hard Drive.

So you will have to buy a copy of Windows 7 OEM for about $100 first.

Then use Bootcamp to install.

Hello, previously I have bought Vegas 11 production suite and now I also bought PRO 11.

But I have one problem:

not all plugins included in Prod. Suite are availble in PRO 11!

So I can't finish project started in production suite in PRO 11.

Is there any way to include all transitions etc. (especially NewBlue MSPPS) from vegas 11 pr. suite into vegas pro 11?

I might be wrong but i think that I saw in Your tutorial PRO 11 with this plugins included.

Can You tell me how to do it?

All the Effects and Plug-ins from Vegas Movie Studio are 32 bit programs, so they won't work in Vegas Pro 64 Bit version.

However, they will all be available in the 32 bit version of Vegas Pro 11.

If you were to buy some NewBlueFx packages of Transitions or Effects, then you would be able to use them in both 32 and 64 bit versions - because they give you ALL versions.

And plugins from vegas 11 prod. suite will work in vegas pro 11 32 bit, I suppose?

All your NewBlue stuff should automatically appear in Vegas Pro 11 32 bit.

Please be aware that you may have problems with the NewBlue Titler Pro in the 32 bit version of Vegas Pro 11 - there is a potential conflict if you already have NewBlue Titler for Vegas Movie Studio installed.

Also. make sure you download the NEW updates for Vegas pro 11 32&64bit version.

I have NewBlue Titler for Vegas Movie Studio installed.

And of course NewBlue Titler Pro but only in pro 11 64 bit version for now.

Maybe I can just not install NewBlue Titler Pro in 32 bit vegas pro 11.

Or it's already on my disk installed when i was installing Titler Pro for vegas Pro 11 64 bit?
