For example: Help Europe and the Soviets fight against Hitler. Did we do it for Europe? Or did we do it for ourselves? It is both, but one can pick one and make us out to be self centered. I believe that a free and democratic Middle East will in the end be good for the Middle East and for us. So why do I want it to happen? Take your pick.
