I managed to lose 100lbs running everyday on the treadmill and just eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. I just exercise everyday 2 miles under 14 minutes.

  • very informative, thanks for posting this.

I've been trying to lose weight myself and it's been going pretty well so far.

I've been using the workout programs from the "attack that fat" program.

They're free by the way if you wanted to give them a try..

    AttackThatFat(dot)net

  • Well done. The movie is hard to follow it jumps back and fourth. A little better sequenced and I think it would be easier to view.

  • nice tan line.....

  • Did you actually grow more chest hair at 3:46

  • keep the chest hair...ur a man right?

  • good but you still gotta run more to lose the chest fat and mid waist fat

  • HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE IT???

  • hi,... my height- 5.7 and weight- 75.

My main fat area- chest , belly. I wanna loss 15 kg . pls advise me.

  • @sankha792 measure your body fat percentage, this can be done online, that is what you should aim to decrease not your weight

  • @rugbyking32

    My body fat 19%.

  • @sankha792 well set a target of 15% or something that would be losing 4% body fat and around 3kg or something like that but do some cardio and weights mix it up to work out everywhere and get an even toned body and good luck

  • i am was 280 lb two weeks ago

now i am 270 lb the gym aerobics helped me a lot..

  • wow!! from 1:17 to 1:18 was most impressing

  • NICE JOB MAN!! good inspiration

  • You have done what most people cannot. they just lay on their fat asses all day.

Being in the Marine Corps DEP, our lifestyle is centered around PT. You sir have impressed me. Keep up the awesome work. You've shown what others can do, only if they put their minds to it, and their hearts.

  • @Marine052191 : warning to you too, you are a young kid. I hope you do not gain weight yourself, something that happens to most marines later in life, as well. I have seen that most of my marine friends from HS have gotten fat, instead of getting muscular. In fact! most old marines I know are obese, not even overweight, but really obese. Good luck! and remain healthy

  • good video, but tryn and lsoe weight in a more healthy manner, check out my channel and video for more info :), good luck guys

  • you were hot before but dang.. you're studly like a boss now

  • Nice katana set haha.

  • i WAS about to go out to buy myself a chocolate bar. now i'm definetely not going to buy it. :P

  • what is a pescatarian diet? and congrats! well done!

  • @LogWiz Pescatarian means that you only eat fish. Fish = pesce (italian), pescado (spanish), piscis (latin).

  • @Kunichiro thanks for clearing that for me.

  • Fantastic Job!

    You are an inspiration!

    Brent

  • Im 16 yrs old use to weigh 205 now im 160(and still losing but gaining muscle) I can say Im having the most fun in my life now. losing weight can really change u.

  • Wow dude i'm 5'10 and 240 lbs and my cardiologist said I need to get down to 175. you look great ( no homo. lol) your a total inspiration. Thanks for posting.

  • Very Inspirational. I am on my own personal weight loss journey and hope to get similar results. The extra umph I need! :o)

  • heyy, theres a fire on my block..

  • Great job Man!

  • I'm 5'5", and I was 260. With hard work and dedication over the past 2.5 months, I've just about busted my ass down to 180, just a few pounds to go. Like you I had a similar sort of "low point" and I decided to join the Navy. Losing weight is easy, but you have to have the right mindset.

  • thank you

  • I usually don't watch a lot of Male Weight Loss things because of the fact that I'm female and you know.../motivation. But I realized that this motivated me, because you wanted to change, and you did. So I thank you for motivating me to lose my last set of 50 pounds. :)

  • man ur lucky. when u were fat u didnt have tities. I did!!

  • good for you!

  • how many days did it take you to lose that much? great job btw though it was 2 years ago haha

  • any tips.. ur diet?? ur excersizes

  • that's great brother!!!

  • There's one thing in this video i would never do, shave the fucking chest with little reason. I don't feel like having to shave more than I already do.

  • daaamn loosing 60 pounds sounds easy but to actually loose them is hard as hell

  • If you want to keep musle and be low fat you must do HIIT training (high intensity interval training)

  • Great job. But you should get tested for mercury and other heavy metals if you are eating a ton of fish. Fish these days is loaded with mercury.

  • Personally, I think you were cuter when you were bigger.

  • Good shape bro you inspired all the people.

  • Im 17 years old. about 6 foot i weight 225 and wear a 34-36 jean. I want to get down to 200 and I'd think I'd be pretty fit. but I'm not real sure

  • Great inspiration bro....I'm taking the run of my life today.

  • always vigilent.

  • I started at 240 and decided i wanted to be in the Fire department, that was 5 months ago, through training and dieting i lost 50 pounds and passed the CPAT now i just have the written test to go.

  • you wanna get yourself checked out for heavy metals. Any doc can do it, fish is really high in metal content. Do it for yourself, just to be sure :)

  • training to become an everyday hero, a firefighter...you're my hero buddy ;)

    keep it up !!!

  • great job!

  • well done dude =) guys check out some weight loss tips on my channel plzz

  • whats the time difference beetween the final b4 and after pic?

  • Inspiring, great job.

  • Holy fuck.

  • You have done a great job! Be proud!

  • lol u need to hit that bench my niggu

  • Congrats and thanks for the inspiration.

  • You looook GREAT!! Congrats!! You are an inspiration!

  • wow, you look awesome! congrats and hope you kept up with it :)

  • Ive gotta get up off my fat arse and live man.

  • well done man im up at about 239 just now but hoping to get down to around 180

  • @paulruss21 any progress?

  • @paulruss21 actually you would probly turn the fat to muscle like i did i started at 203 and ended at 212 but all my fat was turned to muscle and i gained alot of muscle....

  • @funnybone16 same here, but i biked everywhere... even to college (3.2 km everyday back and forth 3.2 km) and i also weight trained, i dropped about 15 pounds of fat and gained the same in muscle.

  • Awesome work man, doing the same thing now for the fire department.

    Great work!

  • WOW....Awesome transition. I have recently become more determined than ever to lose weight. I started my new challenge 3 days ago..Thanks for being an inspiration to those of us who need it

  • this is fucking motivating dude...

  • Yes always take pictures, I prefer taking pics end of every week, as you will not notice the change untill you reach the final goal(W.e you wan't to look like) By taking pics you are able to see the differences so you can plan your training week to help the less good looking muscles. God bless the techonlogy of picture taking. Cheers and remember, it is your life, start taking control over it instead the other way around.

-Dedicated to people who wan't to change their life!

    Btw. Good job man

  • @SilentWalk18 I started doing exercises a couple of weeks ago. Taking pics every week, it's possible to spot subtle changes in physique, and acts as a positive psychological mechanism.

  • congrats, only thing .. lol was the chest shave necessary?? lol jks man

  • LOL is it me or is it more difficult to judge progress with the chest hair disappearing and reappearing?! Good job tho buddy!

  • Your super hot!!!! Thanks for being a firefighter!!

  • very inspiring bro. im at a unhealthy low point my self. iv just started training. i think i'l take pics of my transformation aswell. hope fully i can inspire others

    well done again!

  • just be careful about how fast you lose your weight. Im a former marine and seen many guys in boot camp lose so much weight so fast that they also lost a lot of muscle mass, then got held back in medical battalion. you need to find that sweet spot and take in lots of protein. good luck!

  • diet supplements work only by making companies rich you will not lose anything so dont be like me and give out money for something that will make you unhappy in the end

  • good job man, always inspires me to see people achieve their fitness goals

  • Ignore the haters you did a good job man.

  • thanks for the inspiration

  • good job mate..

  • how many months you need to get this result?. How many times a week you trained?. What kind of diet you have been?

    tnx.

  • Good stuff. Why dont you have pecs though? Just wondering. Genetic or lack of lifting?

  • its a weight loss journey not a muscle mass gain journey. so to answer your question he doesnt have pecs since he wasnt lifting.

  • they're definately there, he needs to lose a couple of percent in body fat and they'll start showing.

    Nice work man.

  • dude you need to give me a call so we can talk, good for you

  • a true inspiration.. you just forgot to tell us in what period of time you achieved such results?

  • how old were you when you started I want to become a firefighter but like you also struggle with my weight. I'm 24 is it too late?

  • 03.08 very sexy photo:) most sexy in the video (for me) congratulations!!

  • nice job, brother!

  • wooooow goood foooor you thats amazing. how long did that take. your face even seemed to change to. If you can do that then i can lose 15 pounds easily. congrats

  • Amazing transformation.

  • Okay, you are SUPER HOT!!!!! woo hoo!!

  • I just want to say thank you for being a fire fighter and putting your own life at risk in order to save others. We should all be proud of the men and women who keep us safe.

  • damn how can people be asshole enough to critique this guy.

    Amazing, dude.

  • hi, could u tell me how long did this take? roughly

  • took me 6 months to lose 50 pounds

  • coo,l ya i was about 225 and lost about 55pounds good job man

for me it was all eliptical

  • you got a really cool face, u know taht? kinda like leonarda decaprio. shed that fat and ull be getting the girls in no time ;)

  • Crikey you look amazing!! very well done....truly inspirational :-)

  • wow!! you did a GREAT job!!!

  • On a serious note, congratulations. On a less serious note, did you mean firefighter or farmer because that farmers tan you got, doesn't really suit you now. in fact it never did.

  • I'm gonna set my house on fire.

  • i was around the same.

    258 pounds. 6'0.

i went on diet and exercise plan and lost 73lbs.

    i was at 176.

now i gained back muscle to 185.

and to everyone reading this, its easier than you may think to stick to a diet and exercise plan, take it day by day, sleep off the cravings at night, wake up, weigh yourself, look in the mirror, see the changes, enjoy it, its a great feeling once you see results, and when others do too.

    great video and transformation

  • good shit man

  • Great job! You look amazing! I'm trying to get fit myself once I reach my goal I'm going to make a video like this!!

  • harry potter

  • Just decide already! Do you want to have chest hair or not! :) haha

  • ok so where is you video? if you did better ok his video is shitt but he did a good job losing weight no body like to be fat

  • oh you're mad cause you didn't get to see a more built half naked man? LOL

  • You look alot younger after the tranformation!

  • damn it you inspired me right now in this moment (play basketball for 6 years already i'm 6'0 feet tall and weight about 180 lbs) i wanna be lighter so i can move quicker and you gave me inspiration thank you dude

  • awesome dude, good for you :)

  • i have no stamina, u would rock me in running lol, nice job on the wieght loss, looks like if u lift or do some pull ups youll be strong as hell

  • By the way, rgchrono, I agree: She is definately a typical shallow bitch.

  • semper vigilis > semper fidelis

  • Thats awesome man, friggin fantastic job. I'm tryin to make the change right now, and I've started to post video blogs twice a week, as well as keep my regular weight loss blog updated. I'm hoping that will be continued motivation for me, you did awesome, I'd be really proud of myself if I were you, and it seems you are, nicely done man!

  • btw SV!! you should use power 90!! I've gotten good results with it ..I am trying to get myself at a good cardio level towards where i can go on and work on power 90x. I normally do not believe the stuff I see on tv, but when my mid section went from 46 inches to 38 inches in 6 months! IT SURE MADE A BELIEVER OUT OF ME. LOL

  • btw! i am a vegetarian.. been one for almost two years. Good luck !

  • thats not good just dont eat red meat and its all good

  • perfect job .. iam over wight around 10 kg and i am trying very long time to lose .. but i cant .. after ur video .. i will try my best ..

  • woot woot go you!!

    looking osme

  • i'm the same boat except for the firefighting. last week i started the gym on monday. i weighed 140 pounds. since last week i've already lost 10 pounds. i'm actually training for a boxing match on july 4th. i'm wanting to get down to around 190 by then. so i've got a good bit to lose myself. thanks for the inspiration man. i've been looking for a video like this for a while now. congrats.

  • nice progress! And thanks for being a firefighter. With respect,

    Julia

  • great job dude! and your choice of profession is also admirable.

You're pretty much a regulation hottie now. ;)

  • hmmm..always shallow women replying huh??

    but great job man!!

    and awesome profession too!!

  • um, saying he's a hottie makes me shallow? First of all, an appreciation for physical beauty doesn't make someone shallow. And secondly, what else can I say? You want me to comment on his character or something? A little difficult, considering I don't know shit all about him.
